RB

Pick 4 is way too expensive to be drafting Zeke at............I am pretty sure the Titans are taking Tunsil, so that leaves Goeff, Lynch, and Bosa all left on the board..........we are guaranteed to get one of them so just stay put at 4 and don't get cute here.

And the only way I bail out of number 4 is if I get somebody's first round pick next year thrown in for a trade.

Of those 3, Bosa.

Someone mentioned they looked at the trade value chart and suggested we could trade down to 10 and pick up that teams 2nd this year. That would give us 10, 34 and 41 this year? Deal or no deal? I don't know...but that seems pretty good to me.

Man, that would be hard dropping from 4 to 10...........especially if one of the QBs is sitting there.......maybe we could go Treadwell or Zeke at 10 and then get our QB in the 2nd, maybe Wedntz.

I don't know..........a lot will depend on what our scouts say about Lynch and Goeff........I ask the scouts one simple question, "are they franchise QBs or not?" If they tell me yes, I don't think I can pass on them...........especially considering my current franchise QB is 36 and just missed the whole season.

You keep saying this, but you've given absolutely zero legitimate reasons why. What exactly have you seen to support this? Maybe give something legitimate and people will actually take you seriously. As it stands now, you are just talking in generalities with things you have no possible way to know. Like questioning his intelligence.

I keep saying what? I really do not care if anyone takes me seriously or not, all I know is we will not take Lynch. If you have sat and watched or even tried to watch him play you would understand what I am talking about , I guess, I don't know. You know you can put 10 people in a room and show them the same things and you will come away with 10 different interpretations.
Don't just watch his physical abilities. Like I said before you are fixated on his physical measures

I cannot help you. I will say this, I do not care who we pick first as long as it is not Lynch, if it is Lynch I will be very upset

But you are not on the team or officially affiliated with them in any way. Players and coaches don't throw teammates or their coaches under the bus. Regardless of the situation. Only T.O types do that sort of thing.

That's a huge red flag to me

well you just wave your red flag, fella and keep on thinking like you do. Ther e is nothing wrong with that kid saying what he said

Trust me there will be some QB's 2017 draft, if not 2018

You might not have Romo in 2017 or 2018 and then the rookie will have to start ASAP.

And as for trusting you what are your credentials to say we should?

You have no idea what I like and don't like about Lynch. What I know is you sidestepped the question and STILL gave no reasons. It's doubtful that you have any idea what you're talking about and you're just flinging crap against the wall.

There is just no way I draft a RB or DE in the first round this year. Our running game was just fine, it wasn't great but with no fear from a passing standpoint, the fact that we had a 1000 yard rusher that get many reps until week 6 or so, should tell you that we don't need a RB high. I am all for it in rounds 3 and beyond. We have spent 2 second round picks on DE for the last 2 years. Don't want to spend another high pick at that position in this draft. I try and trade back and take a DB in the mid first round and pick up a QB in the second. We don't need a day one starter here, so he will have some time to develop behind Romo.

Ok, let me try this again INTELLIGENCE, Mariotta has it, Derek Carr has it, not too mention he had an older brother who played for years in the NFL, even though the Texans ruined him by not putting a OL in fornt of him thereby making him gun shy. Cam, well they still run alot of zone read for Cam it seems this season he has finally started to learn how to read defenses, a little he is still not sure, when he runs it is because he does not understand what the coverage is, the majority of the time, no Cam was not a good example to use.
I am not saying because they run a spread offense that they cannot pickup an NFL offense, the spread offense slows their learning, but the spread offense does not help them learn defenses

Oh, I do not like Cam one bit

Cam is my favorite QB. Has been for awhile.

Let's end this now, I do not care what you like or don't like, so it is true, I have no idea. But what is true I have answered your question several times, gave you reasons, and I definitely know what i am talking about, crap flinging that is not my thang. I only speak on what I know and what I have learned, anything else I am inquiring to learn more. Ok, why don't you tell me what you like about Lynch?
Since you cannot comprehend what I have said that I did not like about him.

Romo will be there both seasons. My credentials are too long to list. The trust me statement is a figure of speech that a person uses when they are confident, sure, or just know that they are right in what they have just said.

Your credentials are so long that you don't know the difference between KEVIN Hogan and an 85-year old golfer who died in 1997?

Lol where? All you've really said is you want an intelligent QB, implying Lynch isn't. To this I say theres no factual evidence to support or debunk that claim. Other than that where are the answers? I've seen nothing talking about his inconsistencies with his accuracy. His tendencies to sometimes throw low limiting RAC or missing low all together. None of the negatives I've seen with him have been brought up by you whatsoever.

I'm not going to bother listing any positives. If you didn't know enough about him, you shouldn't have made the comments you have. You say what you don't know, you are inquiring to know more. Well based on the multitude of comments you've made, I doubt you know enough either way to make an informed opinion about him one way or the other.

Whats a shame is all you had to do was ask. If you truly are inquisitive and want to learn more about any prospect, you should have just said so. We have a lot of people here who actually do watch a lot of film on these guys. You may have been lucky enough to get some gifs or videos.

I always love these types of things. "I'm smarter and know more than you. I can't and won't prove it, but just trust me here."

I wouldn't put RB in the top of the draft needs. We lost our starting QB, and WR, and scat back in the season. We played Joseph Scandal over McFadden which was ill advised. We passed the ball very poorly, and still managed to run the football very effectively, albeit against teams like Carolina, where we abandoned the run quickly (got behind quickly) , and prayed for a hurt Romo to save us. I think it would be better spent to go defense in the first round, or WR. Hakeem Knix never recovered from the exact injury Dez has. There is a question mark there, and obviously at the # 2 spot with Williams who has poor hands. I like Butler, but he is what he is. Treadwell would be a huge value in Rd 1. If Dez comes back to form, you have two big, athletic posession receivers, Butler (or T Will) to stretch the field, and Beasley as your 3 sometimes 4 short yardage, route running, shifty threat. Would make the offense much more explosive. As Witten has aged, we've lost any mid field threat. We need to regain that. I still believe we need to draft a RB, but I see much better needs to be filled that will be available in the first Rd.

AKA none.

No what's ashamed is you just named some of the things I saw and read about him, YOU! just said some things. I asked if you have watched him, I have and I did not like what I saw the one time I watched him play after hearing some hype about him. Then yesterday I went and read about him from different draft websites and they say that he will be a project, his vision of the field they are not sold on, so basically what I came away with from the one time I saw him play my prognosis was on point. As always, I'm done with you NEXT!

AKA none.

That was kind of funny. I got them but I am not going to name them because you and some others feel like I should or need to. That is no the type of person that I am. So it dos not bother me one bit if you or any others believe what I say. I'll just keep saying what I know, or think I have been doing it for over 50yrs and I am too old to change now

I know right. I always want to call him Ben Hogan. LOL

Josh Rosen will be a true sophomore next year - he won't be draft eligible in 2017. DeShone Kizer may not start next year - he'll have to beat out Malik Zaire in the summer, and at best, he will be in a time share next year. Kizer will be draft eligible, but I don't think he would come out.

Kaaya should take a big step forward this upcoming season with an offensive coach like Mark Richt taking over at Miami.

Deshaun Watson is the best QB and the best prospect eligible next year and honestly, it's not even close at this point. There is no one else near his level of play and potential that will be eligible.
