Go ahead, boycott NFL games. I'm not a big fan of the NY SLimes anyhow.

Others will were the vest and get the pics you won't. No biggie, I still see the pics.

Apparently you do. This is your third post in this thread and I bet it won't be your last.

Posting doesn't mean you care. I'm voicing my opinion, and the last time i checked voicing your opinion doesn't mean you care.

Seriously though....would Football be as big as it is WITHOUT pictures and ESPN? I would say no. If they had all of the photographers and media outlets, (Provided the NFL started forcing camera crew to do the same thing), it's a BAD decision to force them to wear something.

Folks there's really only one thing to do or say about this story.

Invest in Canon and Reebok now because their stocks will rise. Sell them by about Halloween. Your Christmas might be paid for.

Boo *** Hoo! The NFL has every right to do this and I applaud them. They have built the league into the mega cash cow that it is. They look around and see the throngs of reporters/photographers that show up in each stadium on gameday, do not pay to be there, mooch food and drink in the pressbox, and are in prime locations on the sidelines to be seen by every fan and the TV audience. Its only natural to put a sponors logo on them if you can actually get a sponsor to pay you for it. If the newspapers don't like it, don't send anyone to the game, period. Then you won't get the great photos that you use to sell your newspapers and sell advertising in it. See how ever further your circulation drops after that. If I was the NFL, I'd ban all photographers, hire a team of NFL photographers and them sell the pictures to newspapers and websites. If you refuse to wear the vest, then pay me handsomly for the game photos, news conference pictures, or any other you want to run in your rag. It will never come to that because in the end they will wear the vest because they can't do without the photos and its cheaper to pay someone a salary that to have to shell out thousands of $$$$ each week for game photos.

I was kidding. Hang on to them until mid December because they will go up at Christmas time again, but sell them before the New Year so that you have them gone before they go down after the Super Bowl. They'll start to go down after Christmas.
