Eagles fans have to believe this. They're 5-0 getting Dallas at home with their backup QB. Losing is not an option. If they lose this game, they're in trouble. Because they're eventually going to Dallas and hopefully we'll have Dak healthy.

If the eagles get swept by Dallas they still have an open route to win the division. It would be disconcerting, but I wouldn’t say we’re in trouble

Link? I always like to read the before and after. And trolling the nation is pretty much my favorite thing this year.

This is not a game you want to lose. You certainly don't want to be swept by the cowboys. Especially if you're looking to be the #1 seed.

The way the playoffs are formatted now, unless you're the #1 seed, it doesn't matter whether you're the wildcard or division winner. You get no advantage from it. Maybe the 2nd seed has a little home field, but that's it.

I would be okay with getting Swept by Dallas, going 13-4 anyways, and then hosting Minnesota at the Linc for round 2

I can't even like this video. This is very sad to see. All drug addicts. Very sad to see the state of affairs they are in, plus the whole neighborhood is overrun by this. Sad to see for those people AND the City of Philadelphia.

It's nothing to like. I spent years stationed in Sunnyside, 5th ward, and so on, all over Houston and never did I see it as widespread as in the clip. Thats a damn shame, a lot of lost souls.

When Parsons is rushing off the edge who is going to contain him? LVE?

Need a spy at all times with him. which will take a guy out of coverage and a guy out of the ability to blitz. But thats the risk you take. Probably will be a lot of man coverage out on the edges.
If we play tight on the outside with the corners, not gambling, it will allow Wilson to shadow and come downhill on Hurts. We finally have the talent to effectively carry that out. Then Parsons....

Used to hear the same kind of things around here when we thought we had the much better QB. Now that they have Hurts over Rush they are confident. Their excitement started in the offseason when they had an incredible one and there has been nothing to slow their brains down as the Eagles have killed everyone mostly. Looking at their easy schedule you could see how they could have 14 or 15 wins.

I have to agree they have an advantage with Rush at QB. And our defense will me mitigated by Hurts rushing at times. They will score points. I doubt 20 points is going to win this one for us. First to 30 wins it? This is the first true test for our defense.
I think if our offense can put up 24 we got this! I have this feeling Hurts is going to struggle. The game will basically hinge on if Dallas can run the ball enough and convert a few big passing plays each half.

That video is pretty rough. Yes, there are large cities that don’t have it that bad… yet.

It doesn't really matter. This is a huge game. There are very few games that are huge in the regular season. For us it was December of 2014. For the Cowboys you'd have to go back to the last game of 1993. Before that 1983.

This is a game you have to win at home against your rivals using their backup QB. Lose this and your not even in first place. Sure, anything can happen in the rest of the season, but it's a bad look. It carries over. Losing big games like this can cause bad morale.

I'll give you an example. Back in 1992 the Cowboys went to Philly I think in week 4. We were both 3-0. Philly had to win that game, because when you go to Dallas, it might be different. But you guys won that game.

Like any other Democratic inner city.

Yep. But all of Philly isn't like that. Still, I don't go there. It is a miserable city. I live not that far from it and never go there. I've been there once due to a union event. There is still a mildly decent part you can go to. It's not all horrible.

I was thinking about the ‘07 Giants who got swept by Dallas when I wrote that
