Check out this porker. When you get wedged in a dog door, that's the first sign of a serious problem. He's a handsome kitteh, though.

I, too, have a fat cat--almost 20 pounds. She's become so large that she can't clean her backside; consequently, I'm forced to buy cat wipes and do it for her. Seriously.

My friend's cat, Tweak, is easily fatter than that cat.

Guys, it might be time for an intervention.

Wow. Not a cat person but that monster would be pretty sweet.

He's so lazy there is no way that he could turn down a petting or two.

I'm not a cat person either, but that kitty is ADORABLE!! He just look so sweet and had not a care in the world other then when he was going to eat. :) With that sweet face he'll get adopted quickly.

I have one like that, too, but it all started after she had a medical issue that involved her tush getting really red and swollen. I don't think that its just that she's too fat, because she was that fat before and didn't have a problem.

My cat needs prozac, perhaps. :p:

A lady in my home town had a cat named Goliath and he was the biggest cat I have ever seen. I swear I thought he was part wildcat. The top of his back was higher than my knee and Jackie said he weighed 40 pounds. I never doubted her. The first time I was at her house and he brushed up against my leg unsuspecting, I looked down and nearly jumped out of my skin.

Side note...did you know the biggest dog in the world lives in Tucson, Arizona? He even has a website. Meet Giant George.

I'd like to meet him some day.

I knew it was available for them under certain circumstances, although this particular situation is not one of them. haha

All these guys wanting to put a big boy at nose tackle instead of Jay Ratliff ... well, this looks like a candidate.

Really weird to see that dog sit in an armchair on the TV show.

I swear I thought he was part wildcat. He didn't meow, he growled. She said he wasn't though. He got neutered as a kitten and just kept growing. His paws were about twice the normal size and his head was too.

He's been on the news here since Guinness officially made him a record. Seems like a really cool dog. He sleeps on a queen sized bed of his own.

Can someone confirm or deny this? A friend told me that her vet told her that being overweight/obese for a feline isn't as big of an issue as it is for humans?
