Tried to stay realistic. What do you love/hate?

1st Takkarist McKinley DE/U.C.L.A.
2nd Cordrea Tankersly CB/Clemson
3rd Jourdan Lewis CB/Michigan
4th Xavier Woods S/Lousiana Tech
6th Michael Roberts TE/Toledo
7th Tedric Thompson S/Colorado
7th Grover Stewart DT/Albany State

I don't like nor want Take and hope another team drafts him ahead of us do we aren't tempted. Love the Tank pick, but not sure if he lasts to 60. The rest of it is meh.

Substitute TJ Logan RB for TThompson SS and I'll take it.

I was just going with value available and the fact that we lost 4 defensive backs.
I understand if it's value was just wondering. I think we need corners more and only 1 safety......but that's me and I'm no expert

More than anything I was looking for versatile defensive backs CB or S that had good value in the round. I felt like all of these guys were pretty versatile with Woods and Thompson being able to play both safety spots and Lewis the ability to play the slot.

They do. I just feel 1 safety is plenty and corner is the biggest need in the secondary. To be fair we don't need a special teams draft though.....09

I'd lean towards two CBs and a S, too. But I know team's do like to stock them late.

We'll bring a bunch of CFA DBs in, too. We always do when we're rebuilding a position group.

Grover Stewart isn't really a scheme fit, and with the domestic violence allegations hanging over Jourdan Lewis, I wouldn't touch him. Other than that, not a bad effort.

Not sure why people keep drafting 2 safeties
Because there is one obvious hole back there and the other guy they drafted number one, two years ago, doesnt make plays. Not sure Jones gets a second contract.

They make good ST players, too.
That's exactly right. And safeties are usually better tacklers than corners. When we go 3-2-6, because of Jones' versatility, we often have 3 safeties and 3 corners on the field.

Rather pick up 2 de's than 2 safeties. Don't like the first pick because he's injured.

I disagree on the Jones part
