I know how fans want to replace everything on the team. But it just goes to show how evenly teams are matched in the NFL, and it can come down to the last drive or a key play or two that decides the outcome.

It's not like their getting their butts handed to them. Romo usually wins those key plays and would probably have won the Saints, Seahawks, Giants and last nights game.

That's just how it is. You can talk about scheme, play calling, coaching or whatever. The fact is, had Cassel scored a TD at the 7 minute mark of the 4th quarter instead of settling for 3 points. Cowboys probably win and Garrett manages to sweep Philly with Weeden and Cassel as their QB.

Then he's a genius and Chip Kelly is getting lit up in the Philly news this morning.

I don't want to replace everything.

We have a QB. We have a #1 WR. We have a good OL. We have a good TE, granted old. McFadden is decent.

We don't need to replace everything. Just the coaching staff and some parts on defense.

i dont need everyone replaced, but i do want a real label on everyone and i want everyone used to their ability. some fans need to realize just because they wear the star they arent all that. and than if a player does something good, we cant stray from that.

The coaching staff is not making the sum of the parts better. Last week it was the offense, this week it is the defense. You get the picture.

One thing I noticed in particular is that the Eagles, especially on our running plays immediately moved their linebackers up to shoot, or cover the gaps. McFadden and our line did a great job overcoming that, but the predicability is showing.
