Keeping as simple as I can. The single common denominator in all of the thousands of posts is JJ! His record after hitting a home run with Jimmy in-the nineties is 4-11 in playoffs. Any good business would have fired the leadership by now.

I make the final call on all decisions at the end of the day, so I’ll just be GM. SMH this ish would be laughable if we didn’t love this team. That's why it doesn't matter to me what happens with the HC and QB. Jerry had Romo and wasted numerous HOF players careers. People around here have soured on Dak and Parsons, it's literally the same narrative about Romo and Ware. Remember how Ware "disappeared" in games and Romo "choked" when in reality those guys had average players around them. Ware never played with another All-pro on the defense.

What? This team is built EXACTLY how most of this board wants it to be. This board believes that the Cowboys have cap issues, does not want to spend on any offensive talent, and thinks that run defense should be the priority. Plus, most of them want to have no quarterback. Jerry, like most of this board, is stuck in the 1990s.

The difference between Dallas and the most prolific teams in the league is investment in playmakers and the passing game as the priority. Dallas refuses to do it and it has handcuffed them for years.
