Thanks for pointing out that he only had 8 sacks. I read some where that he had 10. I stand corrected and you are right that 4.61 and 4.4 is a big difference. I just like Carpenter's versatility more than any of the other 2. Just in case Adoyle doesn't pan out in the middle (can move him to outside, then) and Burnett is not healthy. I do not think any of the 3 will last to 29 either but one can dream. Like another poster said all 3 can be busts. I hope the one we choose is not.

BTW, I wasn't trying to upstage you, I was just pointing a couple of things out. But IMO, it doesn't matter for the position Lawson will be playing.

Carpenter has plenty of speed and burst, and quickness to get the job done.

I know you were not trying to up stage me and I respect everyone's opinion on this board. Everyone has their own player that they would love to have. I would not mind having any of the 3 I have mention. The Cowboys might not even have a chance at any of these 3 because I heard on sports radio here in the Bay Area that the Vikings, Dolphins and Browns are also interested in Wimbley, Lawson, and Carpenter but that could be just smokescreen. If all 3 are gone (highly doubt it), that would really stink.

True, that would stink. But if they all three got drafted ahead of us, then that means three players would drop to us that we aren't expecting to drop to us. Maybe Winston Justice?
