Maybe Jerry's comments of All-In are because this is his last year.

Maybe he did not resign or extend anyone because he is leaving that decision up to new ownership next season.

Maybe Jerry seen how much money Snyder made selling the crappy Skins and decided it is time.

Maybe Jerry is afraid of Cap Boy doing a better job than he did.

Maybe Jerry see the hostile takeover coming from his son and decided to make a move before it happens.

At this point I don't see how anything can be ruled out.

Ever build a house? Didn't think so....Let me tell you....if you think you cam pull a remodel off a crappy foundation....you would be mistaken. And that is the problem here...the foundation is crap. You don't build around a crap QB like Dak....an aging RB like Zeke. Your WR room is almost empty...You take away Lamb...who in that room scares you???? Nobody. Your O-line is a musical chair mess of guys that will be playing out of position this season. You got a lame duck coaching staffing...a playbook written in crayon. This thing is closer to ....it should be blown up...other than a "retool".

I agree with you in large regards. They are hoping for a retool.

On O, I think they have some young guys who can possibly step up on the line. You can find WR & RB's. The big hole is QB as you said. However the mega problem is on defense. We've got some youth\talent in the secondary & edge rushers. Everything else is pretty questionable.

If things really go sideways this year, then I think you could see the full rebuild. Trade away some pieces with value, use draft capital from being bad and overhaul the entire roster within a couple years.

Unfortunately with this FO, I don't feel confident in either a rebuild or retool.

This is probably the source of my everlasting pessimism.

You're spot on. There is no rebuild. That is ridiculous. When you have 12 win seasons, you take steps to get better results, not rebuild. The problem is, Dallas doesn't do that. Their off seasons after going 12-5 is the same as when they go 5-12. It doesn't change.

Agree, they did nothing while everyone else was shaking every tree and looking under every rock. We acted like we needed nothing or could get it in the draft.
