If Brennan did all that to your daughter, sister, or mother, would you still make up those excuses for him?

What EXACTLY did he do?
It's her word against his, a HE SAID SHE SAID, and this is NOT about what if it was my daughter scenario, this is DID HE LEARN his lesson from being drunk one night in college at 18 or 19 years old, and I say YES he has since he's been on probation and has not gotten into any other trouble in years since this one incident when he just arrived in college and got drunk.
If it was my mother, daughter, whatever, the guy didnt' rape her or do anything to her, my guess is at WORST he grabbed her *** drunk, not a biggie to me if you're plastered drunk and 19 years old young and stupid, so now if it wa smy daughter and that's all that happened, not a big deal, now had he raped her or anything of that nature, then I'd kill him, but it doesn't seem like much of anythign really happened other than he was drunk and didn't want to leave.

My opinion, a short trial, conviction, followed by an ineptly carried out execution.

If you have a daughter in college and think that she's NEVER been grabbed inappropriately by some drunk college teenager, you are living in a fantasy world!
