we all know somehow someway its going to be NY.

Its like luke looking down the dark path and seeing Vader. They are in the way and we have to beat them

Bring it.

If they can beat us 3 times and on our homefield then props to them.

An offense being led by rookies.
No blocking TEs.
An old TE with no speed.
A top WR who can be covered by good CBs.
A#2 WR who is the definition of spotty.
A weak defense that didn't address the pass rush or the secondary and has lots of injuries.
Coaches fans love to hate.
How sweet to be worrying about how far we can get in the playoffs and who will be our opponent.!

12-4 -- just enjoying the ride, and wherever it ends, I'll be grateful for a season I never saw coming, and a future that is bright and easy to build around.

I remember a 2nd and 18 where he dumped immediately four yards on his first read...leaving himself a 3rd and 14, which is trouble. I think in such situations, it might be better to get a bit more on second down. He's not going to push like Romo. Pros and cons to that. In 2014, Romo was 34/9 td/int over 15 games and likely would have had maybe a couple of more tds if he had played the Arizona game. But what's more is that the Dallas offense was a machine in December that year...avg 41 ppg, with an avg winning margin of 21 ppg over the 4-0 stretch. Currently, the games are much closer, with a 4 ppg avg winning margin and about 16 ppg for December so far. I just think a conservative minded head coach, conservative QB and pass-happy OC can make for some challenges going forward. The "jet sweep" cuteness definitely needs to be expunged from the offense. Less trickeration and more smash-mouth...especially on 3rd and 2. In the nineties it was Load Left and E. Smith for the win.

Except that well oiled machine of an offense was anything but in the playoffs in 2014. That means nothing right now in terms of margin of victory and how many we are scoring. It means nothing entering the postseason. That's a whole new season.

I may be talking out of my a**, but I thought I read that we were one of the most efficient redzone teams in the league this year.
