there all going to play. If the Commanders lose sunday there season is over.
I am so frustrated with the media. All year long we have been billed as the cirucs, the debacle, overrated, qb controversy, built to win this year...everyone dogs parcells without hesitation, they insult our players and city on every local and national media outlet.
And then on the other side the skins really do have all the problems they say about us, but gibbs, snyder and cerrato get a free pass. No one doggs gibbs. Brunnel is terrible, he can not throw three quality passes in a row, they are old, expensive and injured. they made bad decisions in free agency, they ruined this year and next years draft and there first round pick qb cant get on the field or even be active on gameday because they dont trust him....
Yet they continue to write about us as the evil team with the problems. I think a big in in DC this week will put all the media venom and angst where it belongs, Washington. If you make that many free agent signings in the offseason, destroy your draft because you are so arrogant, pay your coaches the way they do and then come out and go 2-5 you deserve some heat, and they get none.
I hope we go up and bury these guys and send a statement. I remember the lack of class the Commanders organization showed the cowboys last year in DC when they were up big, the fans, the coaches, the owner, playing mama dont let your babies grow up to be cowboys during the game.
I really hate these guys and I have grown to really dislike Gibbs, a man who I once had a tremendous amount of respect for and I hope we take them apart at the joints. Get out of the first quarter where they are going to throw everything at us and we will win big. If we fall behind early they are going to run up the middle 40 times and give us problems.
I want this win this week as bad as any I have ever wanted because of the lack of respect the organization showed us there last year, the way their fans insist on telling us we are front running hillbillies etc., the way their media talks about our team and city. I want this win bad, A win next week and the wheels come off in DC, a win next week and the skins are playing for 07.
I have a feeling this team will be reminded of last years antics by the Commanders organization and I have a feeling parcells remembers all the insults from the media in that market, I have a feeling we could beat these guys bad and I have a feeling that the Commanders are ready to roll over and play dead if in the second half we have a 10 or 14 point lead.
I cant wait till sunday, I cant wait, I hope we play well, I hope we win.
sorry for the rant, but this is a game I have had on my mind since last year for what happened, I hope our team has too.
