I've seen enough of Reeves.....i hope we start Alan Ball, and Nathan Jones...it would suck for Ball too come in the nickle, because your not getting a real good look at him......we all already know what Reeves can do, and i don't want to see anymore of this guy...i like him...but i rather see Alan .

What do you guys think?

I'd keep Reeves, personally, he makes a nice 3rd corner

yea i know that...but if we sit guys vs the Commanders....reeves might be the starter, then Nathan, then Ball.....i say we sit Reeves so we can get a better look at Ball starting

Um, I kinda like Ball, but he's nowhere near ready to start.

Now getting him a few snaps on D in place of Nate Jones, I'm on board with.

Why not simply sub Reeves with Ball?...It's not likely he's game ready anyway.

Start Reeves and play ball as a nickle and sub for Reeves. It is true we've seen Reeves and yes he does make gives up catches and makes mistakes but he has been battle tested, whereas, Ball has not and there are lot of unknowns about Ball, therefore, I believe he should be brought in slowly for few plays at a time.

Reeves has done a overall good job this year considering it was basically his first time starting.

How on earth did we get to the point where we think Nathan Jones or Alan Ball deserve to be starting a NFL game?

Reeves is a good #3. And that is it.
Ball and Brown have potential to be players- but we need to seem them in real games that matter to find out.

I think we have not seen enough of Ball or Jones for either to start.

I think we have seen enough of Reeves that he can start in a pinch.

Nice call. I 2nd that.

In terms of the future, I'd keep Ball over Reeves, simply because Reeves will be too expensive for a 4th corner after we draft one this Spring.

yea i agree...

im not saying we should start them every game....im just saying...we should start them VS the Commanders...its a meaningless game, and besides what we hear in TC...we havent seen much of ball....and the best way to see that, is 2 see what he can do in a starting position...god forbid Henry, Newman and reeves all go down I wanna see what this guy can do, having him just come in on nickle, while Henry and Newman Sit, isn't giving him a real look, Reeves has started....hes done good, but i was expecting some N. Asomugha...type play...they both been in the league the same time....and he sat for a few years, and started, and now look at him

Yeah, sure, it's called next year's pre-season games. Geez, Reeves fills in well for Henry and he still gets no respect. Where would we have been if Reeves wasn't here and Jones was starting in place of Henry? Ball? A rookie CB in place of Henry? Double...

Bad idea, why would we start ball at CB if the guy has not even been getting playin time? i say lets stick to what we are doing already. Reeves is not the greatest, but hes solid IMO.. I think if ball started the guy would get killed..

Reeves is a very solid corner.

Most of the Reeves haters are Henry fanz.

It'll play out on its own, soon enough.

By the way...interesting list....

Even though we will sit some starters against Washington, I still want to beat them. Having Alan Ball and Nate Jones as our starting cornerbacks is pretty much guaranteeing a loss to the Commanders. At least Reeves/Jones gives us game experience and a fighting chance. However, I am not opposed to having Ball line up as the 2 CB and Jones as the 3 CB in Nickel situations. But Reeves has to be in the game as long as the game is still competitive. I really am not comfortable with Jones but he is the best option we have other than Newman, Henry, and Reeves until Ball proves otherwise.

Yeah Dennis Dixon can be our next 4th round quarterback/wide receiver convert...

I think Reeve remains in his spot. Now is not the time to make major changes. Reeve has done a decent job as the 3rd CB and to bench him for a guy with little to no experience in the post season would be foolish.
