I have no clue, but the arguments are not fact or historically-based ones. To say that any RB needs a solid OL is not true, and a guy named Sanders of the Lions was a perfect example of this. For somebody to not appreciate the greatness that he was as an RB tells me this is somebody who has no appreciation of what football is and who the players are that made the game what it is today. Oddly, if the guy is 58 like he says he is, then his behaviour is very odd and immature for somebody his age

Jerry Jones and this FO went another year without addressing the RB room.

Henry was sitting there. And instead of going after him, the Cowboys were waiting for him to call them. Thats how this FO operates. They bring in Zeke (great move/sarcasm) and thought that would fix the problems? Look at the successful teams in the NFL. Every single one of them has a run game that actually is efficient and takes the pressure off of the QB.

Why did Carr look so good minus our defense staying at the hotel and not on the field? Because Kamara was torching us and was his safety outlet. This FO thought a bunch of rookies and Zeke were good enough.

Who wants to be they trade for a RB now and waste more draft capital to correct their mistakes?

Waiting until the last week of the season to sign CeeDee and Dak. Why not sign them, then use that cap money to sign a RB. Jeeze I would have been happy with D'Onta Foreman.

Only because this RB room is wierd....the leading rushers in the NFL right now are still system RB's that has not changed...when you put a bad system with bad RB's then it really comes out...look at the SF RB, he is doing just fine without CMC...raise your hand if you had JK dobbins leading the NFL in rushing in week 3....OL>System>RB the order hasn't changed neither has MM's run scheme since Brett Favre...

Dobbins is a stud. Health issues have kept him from panning out, nothing whatsoever to do w/ talent. He is almost the polar opposite of a systems RB.
2. Jordan Mason? I barely know who he is. He might be a systems RB, no idea.
3. Josh Jacobs. Another polar opposite of a systems RB.

3 of the 4 leading rushers are not systems RBs. I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, as the 3 are all bell cow backs.

It was one of the stupidest things said on these boards. The top teams in the NFL don't hesitate to spend resources on RB's if needed.

The Cowboys brought Zeke back because he was in their price range. The goes for all the RBs they tried out. Why is anyone guessing about the reason. Look at all the players the Cowboys signed. They have one thing in common. They are all cheap. They may have wanted Henry or Aaron Jones but they were never interested in signing anyone that would cost them that much money.

This team was depleted in the offseason. Now we will reap the penalties for it.

Interested? Nothing to do w/ interest, we have major cap hits from Dak and Lamb and Micah soon to be. When you pay players that much, you have to bargain bin shop.
