Highly unlikely Garrett demoted himself in my opinion.

Also the fact that Garrett kept interfering with Callahan and wouldn't let him just run the offense the way he wanted (per Jerry), indicates that this is not all Garrett's decision. Would not make sense for Garrett to promote a guy to OC and then keep bothering him.

Most logical explanation is that Jerry wanted a change and Linehan was a compromise.

How is this a demotion? He is the HC. Jimmy stressed that Garrett would be better served to give up the role of play caller and focus on the overall responsibility as HC. As for bothering him? As HC he does and should have the right to change plays or indicate to the OC what he wants to do in any given situations or is it your believe the HC should have no say what so ever? .

He didn't like the results they got with Callahan? Come on were 5th in offensive points per drive dude, I thought we were a powerhouse offense, you know one of the best in the league.

Right. We changed play callers because we were happy with the previous one.

Just because we scored a fair number of points per drive offensively this season, it doesn't follow that there weren't areas we're looking to improve. Next year might be a completely different story.

People are going to complain no matter what happens. I am a Garrett fan and I don't care if people give him the credit or give him the blame, I just want to win.

I like your photo. Makes me want to change to my favorite Romo pic (unless he shows up this year less than the Romo I've come to know and love ... you know ... with the back and all ... and then we have a problem).
