We've lost one game this year to a legit team. Oh yeah, we play them again next week.

Our other three loses were embarrassing. We're pretenders, not contenders.

By the way, I'm relaxed. I expect us to choke, & under perform. Ya kind of get used to it when it happens year, after year, after year.

This is the worst 10-4 team in football history I guess.

If we do choose to relax we can see the big picture and that the past two games aren't as bad as we originally thought. Go look at the Chiefs-Texans score today and then realize that if the coaching staff weren't dummies Dallas would have won 34-31 today in regulation.

I mean there were posts here over the summer predicting a 7-10 season so I guess once the dust settles we might realize this has been a pretty good season and the Cowboys still have a chance to get where they want to be. Crazy things can (and have) happened in the playoffs.

Yeah, this was a rough loss. I mean, every loss is a rough. In the end, bad execution and bad luck got us. But the division was long shot anyway.

The team with one loss this far into the year kinda deserves to win it anyway. Even if we beat them, they needed to lose another game and we needed to be perfect.

That doesn’t mean the season is lost. Or that we can’t win the next game. Iggles are better, sure, but they’re not invincible. Win next week and we send a message, feel better, and start to gain some momentum. Play loose and aggressively.

Winning three road games in the playoffs obviously won’t be easy. But we’ve tried it every other way and still didn’t get it. So it’s not like winning the division, a super long shot, was going to make us all feel great.

So I don’t know about others, but I think I’ll watch next week and root for a win. Then I’ll open up some gifts with the family.

You're right but the Cowboys beat the Vikings by 37 so they would be favored if they have to face them. Some teams match up well to others regardless of record.

Green Bay & Jax will not make the playoffs Dallas lost to both on the road . Lost to TB at home . Road playoff map will be problematical .

The Eagles are playing for the number one seed that means they only need to win 1 more game. They don't have to win next week so theoretically they can rest a few players that are banged up, and clinch at home. They will be on their 3rd road game next week against us, then they'll finish out the year played home games.

The division hasn't been decided yet. We need to win every game, and the Eagles need to lose out. We would be division champs. It's as easy as that.

This is the time of year where every game is tough even against bad teams.

i agree with Neon----Denial really helps with the pain....i thought watching your favorite team was for enjoyment?.....who does not like to be up 27-10 late in game....and who does not enjoy

I'm old enough to remember the 1995 Cowboys lost a couple December games to fall to 10-4. One was to a horrible Washington team and the next was in Philly when Barry Switzer went for it twice on 4th and 1 deep in his own end of the field. Dallas followed up with a lackluster 21-20 win over an absolutely pathetic Giants team. Then they went on to win the Super Bowl.

Not suggesting this team is anywhere close to that Hall of Fame-laden roster but it does prove that even the best of teams can have their struggles and still make noise. We've seen this team at it's peak so maybe this will lead to something similar.

Yes, I decided to take the glass half full approach this week.

I like Prescott and Pollard in a Dome at Vikings…..but we are going to Tampa!! I’d prefer warm California 49ers too
