This team has not proved anything. Romo still needs to PROVE he can win in December and the playoffs. Stats are meaningless without playoff victories and that is truely the only measuring stick I care about. Hopefully he leads this team to big wins.

How can he PROVE to win in December when its not even December yet and doesn't have a chance?

Yeah...because it makes more sense to continue to act like a crybaby after you're actions have essentially been proven just that.....over-emotional abortions of rational thought.

come November 8th Sunday Night in Philly, everyone on this board will be getting hyped and pumped about that game, watching a 5-2 Cowboys team. That is when this season will start to really count in my eyes as in needed games.. Tough loss today no doubt, I thought it would hurt much worse but I am already over it & there is nothing you can do about it except whine like a little school girl about Romo-Garrett & whatever else you want to cry about.. Way too early in the year for todays game to have any bearing on how the rest of the season plays out, enjoy the ride folks!! We all know this team has the talent to win any game but just can't finish, but it is going to start happening! I don't care if you aren't going to drink the koolaid, keep bashing Romo. I am still on his band wagon, you and the other fairweather fans will look silly in the end!

Your comments display your lack of football judgement. The display yesterday and against the Giants and many other big games shows a consistent pattern of Romo's inability to deliver. Many non-Dallas fans can see it and yesterday Garrett maintained a simple gameplan, as Jimmy stated to do, yet more mistakes and missed reads. At somepoint you have to question whether Romo can deliver against quality teams and check your pom-poms at the door.

All u can eat crow! Cooked up any way you like! It's always funny to compare the tone of the board after the tough times when some had prematurely given up hope to now when optimism is being cautiously reinstated...

lol, now your starting to get but fell just short. Just add in that those same fans over react again after another loss only to come back and admit they were wrong after the next win and be for forgiveness then you will get the point.

What is annoying is i BELIEVED the Cowboys would be 5-2 right now. If someone actually followed my posts you would see that i thought the Cowboys would win the last 3 games. You can’t hold a poster to ONE single post after an emotional loss. The Chiefs game was huge, we had to win and i knew the Cowboys could win. Atlanta was a big game, later in the week i believed the Cowboys could beat those guys. Seattle of course i knew we would win. But from one post, sounds like i had no faith in the team. That is not true. And the insults are also annoying...i can take crow, i have admitted when i am wrong, but i did believe we would win those games.

And, again, you're wrong. Not surprising that you won't just admit that but instead are trying to make this about people being mean to you, as if you were the only one wrong in this thread. If he had been wrong and Dallas had lost any of those 3 games, doesn't matter which one if they'd lost any of them, someone who was laughing at him would have bumped this thread up in a hurry to point out how wrong he was. He wouldn't have bumped it cause he wouldn't have had to. Someone would have brought it up to laugh at him again.

Since he turned out right this thread wouldn't have been bumped unless he did it. None of those laughing at him, and acting like he was a fool for having any sort of hope or belief that this team would be ok after a 2-2 start, were going to bump it and said "You know I was wrong. Look at that." He didn't have to bump it, by any means, but I don't think there is anything wrong with the fact that he did.

Of course those who laughed at him, and thought he was wrong, and acted like he was a complete idiot for it, yeah they've got a problem with it cause they were wrong.

Oh please, he was being sarcastic. We don’t agree on many things and he knows that.

Which insult is more annoying or warranted -- (1) insulting someone who doesn't let their emotions take over to an extreme after a loss, or (2) insulting the person who does?

You're in the former group, he's in the latter.
