I have to agree with this.

This is what happens when you play a desperate team, who is not scared to lose anything. They took chances other teams were scared to take. 0 Coverage, blitz, and leave Dez all alone.

We failed to change our protection, and take advantage of dez 1 on 1.

This is why I say we are nothing without Dez. We let Dez walk........ O-line/Murray or not, this is how teams will respect us game in game out. They will play 0, blitz the run/Romo, and force him to throw it to Williams/Harris. Recipe for disaster.

We can now make the proper adjustments, and take advantage of a few deep balls with Dez when this happens, and burn a few teams.

Until then, we got exposed.

Dez made one great play. He also dropped a TD and ale a first down right before the half. Took points off the board. He failed to get separation from a rookie CB. He didn't have a very god game just like the other guys.

I've seen 3 nfc title loses, 1-15, 3-13, 3 titles, and some more losing....

life goes on after 1 loss, if everything is "omg we are going to lose again", why be a fan? Your stress level is higher than it should be, not to mention your dress shows your knees.....

Thing is you don't want to flip out over games like this, but you want to be careful, because these kind of losses have come to bite us at the end of the season before. If we had one a game here or a game there, we wouldn't be playing a divisional rival for a chance in the playoffs.

This really was a copy of the Houston game. Difference was there was no miracle long ball grab by Dez in this one. When games come down to that it's only a matter of time you'll lose one.

We overachieved for the last couple of months and won all the close ones even while making mistakes. This was an adjustment to the norm.

We are a much better team than expected but with holes.

Be thankful, a number of us haven't seen anything, but the losing and insanity. We don't know any other way to interpret the Cowboys, but to assume the worst.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've been on the wagon for a long, long time. Now when it comes to being delusional, I'll leave that to the DFW area folks that don't go to the games until halfway through the season. Also, I'd argue that any pessimism about this team from anyone comes from way more than one game. I mean, if you just woke up from a coma, my apologies. Did you hear how many playoff games they've won since 1997? How about their records the last 4 years? Did you hear about how they had the lousiest defense to ever exist last season? How about Romo's back issues? How about their record in December since the 90s Super Bowls?

Overreaction after one loss? More like disappointment of an opportunity lost, and realism with a whole lot more than pixie dust to back me up.

like i've mentioned... i've been a boys fan since 80... so i've seen a lot... everything aint just doom and gloom....
i've actually watched the games this year, not watched the hype... I know our strengths and weakness... so i'm not surprised by some of the things that took place... but this is an nfl season... if you saw pixie dust in the first place, what the heck were you doing around pixies?

It was just a terrible game all around by the whole team except for like 4 or 5 people. Durant, murray but he did fumble and cost us 3 or 7, scandrick, twill, witten. These 5 guys came to play and wilcox also id say. We knew we were going to lose sometime it just had to be the cowboy way during primetime. Lol
