Yes. The most important moves, right now, to me are resigning Barber, Canty, and Hamlin to long term deals.

which is probably what they're really working on, while keeping one eye on the market

Whats wrong with Bryant Johnson. How can you call him an underachiever with the team he plays on? He is the last FA I would pick up.

Not sure there is anything wrong with Johnson. Did you mean you would pick him up last or he's the last of the WRs you'd look at?

I don't know any of the FA WRs left well enough to vote on them. But we need a vet WR.....IF....TG is not well enough to play next year. Unless they really know for sure he can play then they need to pick up another WR. I don't see how we can count on Stanback or Crayton. And again you really need to be deeper at WR in the NFL these days with 4 and 5 WR sets.

I like Johnson. He is the only FA left at this point that I want to sign.

we have a receiver like him already in Crayton, he'd just be taking up space IMO

As others have said:

Focus on re-signing Barber, Canty, and Hamlin to long term deals first. Re-sign K.Davis if an affordable deal is possible.

And then focus on the draft.

None of the FAs left are worth bringing in. If we do, I would prefer one of the following: Dunn, Ward, or Cartwright.

No need in bringing in a FA WR since we have enough of them already in TO, TG, Hurd, Stanbeck, Crayton, and Miles. Add on drafting another WR this year and there will be decisions to be made in camp as to who goes and who stays. Likely characters would be TG and Miles.

I believe at this point our Cowboys are concentrating (or should be) on the draft and evaluating what players would be fit into our need positions.

In order are CB, RB, WR......then maybe a DT (big strong 330lbs run stopper....did I mention MEAN?)
