They need somebody good for the NB, someone other than James at ILB, and a good CB in case Revel or Bland struggle. They should be able to get two of those maybe all three with a trade back in the draft. They will probably find a good vet LB in FA.

Queens coverage ranking was bad last year but I’d be willing to take a flyer on him for a 4th or 5th round pick. He can bring some vet leadership, has some instincts and overall has been on good teams.

I agree. Would like to see a vet CB, LB, and/or safety/NB added in FA. Thompson can play slot so that helps. In the draft there are are several of all 3of those we could draft that could start early even if downs styles and delane are gone by 12
