The old rotary dial phone I was probably in elementary school the last time I used one. I can still remember our old number from my childhood. Remember dialing "0" for operator to get information or to be connected to another party? Nothing happens when you dial "0" today there are no more Lily Tomlin type operators who sit at switchboards answering your questions. Everything is computerized if you need answers you ask Siri or Google it. I'm just thankful I'm not old enough to have used the old candlestick phone. Even though we're in a cell phone wielding society you still will occasionally see a payphone. The numbers are dwindling but you would think they would be nonexistent by now. I believe a lot of payphone's today are wi-fi equipped which still makes them useful.
