I am excited, I supported bledsoe since he came here and felt he offered enough talent and experience to succeed with the talent around him.
Obviously I was WRONG :bang2:
The play I have seen from him here this year is regressing, and with the line still stuggling he is a hopeless case.
Romo can do worse, but possibly better and it is time to find out
I dont even doubt that Romo can be a good QB for us someday. I'm just extremely angry about how it happened. The way it happened, might have cost us the season.
I got banned and cursed out from a moderator on the other Cowboys forum for saying this, but let me try to prove my point.
The timing was horrible. Even the casual NFL fan should have known that he wouldn't be able to perform well in the 2nd half of that game. Why put him in at that point. If you are going to make the change, why not wait until the next week or the week before.
Anyone who thinks Romo was going to come in that game and win it, is not really that knowledgable about the NFL. I turned to the wife when the reporter announced it and told her we are about to get blown out.
I dont care how Parcells spins the decision like he had it planned, but it was in fact a "panic" decision.
The NFL is free agent league.
Bledsoe hasn't changed from last year
To make that change in the middle of a season, in the middle of a game only proves one thing to me:
Parcells never had a plan, doesn't have one now, and doesn't have one for the future.
You cant measure my anger. I would think people on the board would also be angry that they have spent more time and energy preparing for the season than the people in charge of the franchise.
