The Ticket and Norm Hitzges will once again be the only radio station in the country that broadcasts all seven rounds of the draft. They'll also have Mickey live at the Ranch for updates. Norm will also have his usual parade of guests like Goose Gosselin and Jim Sabo from Ourlads to provide their insights into the draft and more specifically the Cowboys. That's nothing new. But now that they're the official flagship station of the Dallas Cowboys they will have the same special features that they had last year.

The Cowboys will give Norm the pick to announce over the air before they send it to the podium. They will have the taped phone calls with the players when Jerry notifies them that they're Cowboys. Norm will get exclusive phone interviews with the players after they're selected by the Cowboys. He'll have interviews with the Cowboys positional coach of each player Dallas picks. He'll have exclusive interviews with Jerry and Jeff Ireland at the end of each day of the draft. They'll also broadcast live Jerry's press conferences.

Fans of the other 31 NFL are sick with envy. No other team even comes close to providing their fans this kind of access.

I just listen to the ticket, log on to Cowboyszone and that's all I need. I don't even watch the TV telecast anymore. The only thing the TV telecast used to provide that I couldn't get over the internet are video highlights, but now Youtube and Yahoo's highlight clips are better than ESPN's.

It really is comprehensive coverage at it's finest...

and don't forget the live camera in the War Room!

Will be listen to the Ticket & ESPN--just so I don't miss anything.

I might watch more of ESPN's coverage this year because I think Keyshawn will provide some interesting commentary. At least I know he's not going to play safe and say good things about every player. He's not going to pull any punches, and I don't see him acting like a hyperactive child who's been on a 72 hour sugar binge the way Michael was last year. I loved him as a player ... but .. my God ... watching 8 consecutive hours of Berman and Irvin together has to be forbidden in the Geneva Conventions in some obscure by-line somewhere.

That is a very cool thing. I mean, we only know the pick three seconds before anyone else, but it feels like a little victory. Those interviews are classic, as well - i enjoyed listening to Stanley over and over again last year.
