Reminder - Live Combine Coverage at 10am CST on NFLN

Live combine coverage starts this morning at 10am CST on the NFL Network and runs until 1pm. Just a heads up for anyone else dying for info headed to the road to the draft.

I think its a great waste of time having them do all this in shorts= make them do it in full uniform= then you have a better idea what they can do ON THE FIELD IN THE GAME.

Its real easy to be quick and fast in shorts; try it in pads cleats and helmet.

Have the O line blocking the D line guys; the RBs trying to juke LBs; WRs and TEs running routs manned on CBs and safeties.

THEN you would have a better idea of who has game and who is just a underwear olympics kind of guy.

Not that I disagree but i think the arguments to this are:

Teams already have game footage.

To much risk of injury on live contact drills means fewer players would risk participating.

Maybe there would be fewer= but what you did get there would tell you a lot more. Nuts the pro days do the same thing the combine does anyway.
