Forget it, bro. Jerry's not putting you in the will. So stan at your own risk. With the area and current roads, there was only one way to orient the stadium. It may have been angled a little more than what it is. But probably not by much. Then you get into other problems. Such as game day traffic flow. Not sure if you been to the stadium or that area To see the issues.
Also the city of Arlington probably had more to do with it, and not Jerry. As part of that being zoning and traffic flow.
I am sure Jerry did not say, no, this is how I want it to be.
LOL.... some people just can't see anything wrong Jerry has ever done. If Jerry was charged with child trafficking, they'd be saying that he was helping the kids out of a miserable life situation. What a generous human being. SMDH..Forget it, bro. Jerry's not putting you in the will. So stan at your own risk.
It's totally nuts the way our players and current QB always find that exact spot where.....ah the sun was in his eyes. This is your stadium and you run a route where the dam sun will be in your eyes its and makes you and the team look like buffoons. Is there any evidence the opposing team has ever dropped a ball because the sun was in their eyes? I don't remember a single example. But it sure as hell affects our receivers almost every time the sun shines through those windows.
Yes you are clueless,For the love of God JJ and idiots, please get some curtains on late games. My observation is that the sun has hurt us more than the other teams. Just stating the obvious here. (Clueless in Dallas) Yikes!!!
It's not obvious it's been like this for 14 years it's part of the field just like all the other fields around the NFL have something you might have to deal with like rain sleet snow wind S and guess what the sun gets in your eyes when you play an outdoor stadium you're making a mountain out of a molehill and you're making yourself look ridiculous and anybody who's agreeing with you again it's 2023 the stadium was opened in 2009 just let it be it's part of the uniqueness of AT&T and it hurts both sides at some point it is not just the Dallas Cowboys that have to deal with the sun both players are on that field! For the love of God JJ and idiots, please get some curtains on late games. Even if they covered that end with wall art it would solve the sun glare problem. You will get more wall art and you will like it
Oh I'm over it for sure, just wishful thinking here in the forum. I just got remined how some of you folks react in here. Wow! I think the sun will rise tomorrow. Thanks. It's not obvious it's been like this for 14 years it's part of the field just like all the other fields around the NFL have something you might have to deal with like rain sleet snow wind S and guess what the sun gets in your eyes when you play an outdoor stadium you're making a mountain out of a molehill and you're making yourself look ridiculous and anybody who's agreeing with you again it's 2023 the stadium was opened in 2009 just let it be it's part of the uniqueness of AT&T and it hurts both sides at some point it is not just the Dallas Cowboys that have to deal with the sun both players are on that field!
get over it!!!!!!!
Um wow......really. LOLYes you are clueless,
that wouldn't be a renovation, that would be putting some type of blockage on those glass areas but both teams have to deal with that and do you know that regular fields you know outdoor fields the Suns in the players eyes as well... I mean what's the difference this is very limited it's only usually around the noon games one or two games a year and that is it and that's part of being on a field that's different and it's kind of home field advantage it is not affected just us it's there just like the big board and the punts it's there everybody knows it's there for both teams both teams are playing this is like the Eagles crying in the Super bowl about the turf well Kansas City played on the same turf..
It is not a negative just for us! literally both teams have to deal with it and again it may be for two games a year when the Suns at a perfect angle to come through those glass at the early start games or whatnot it's not every game and it's not every snap it is a few times a year and a few times a game...part of the field every field has its own oddity, you remember the crown on the old field used to affect Brett farve and some of the other quarterbacks that they didn't play on it enough this is what this is it happens all over sometimes people don't like the turf ,they don't like the sun, they don't like the way the field shapes, who knows but this is just part of what AT&T is and if he doesn't want to change it it's not a big deal!@!stop making a big deal out of it that's why you should change your name to clueless.
I hope that helps you understand the concept of each field has its own unique things and it's not just hurting the Cowboys both teams play with it they know it's there they need to make sure that they win the coin flip pick the right side of the field that day all that stuff goes into strategy. It's been this way since 2009 I don't know if you realize we're in 2023 this is what the field is and people know about it..
I mean you think that you should force every team to have an indoor stadium because all the snow the wind and the rain that people have to deal with when they go to New England or Buffalo or other places that have bad weather or back in the day we have to play in the mud at the old San Francisco stadium I mean did they change that? No they didn't it's just part of that fields uniqueness you know it going in and you need to deal with it...
And I'm reminding how people's 14 years later won't let something go keep bringing up an old thing that everybody's aware ofOh I'm over it for sure, just wishful thinking here in the forum. I just got remined how some of you folks react in here. Wow! I think the sun will rise tomorrow. Thanks.
Just a friendly post here with DC nation. Caught off guard by the negative reply (s) didn't mean to piss anyone off nor be attacked like this.....just frickin weird. And I'm reminding how people's 14 years later won't let something go keep bringing up an old thing that everybody's aware of
we all know it it's not gonna change until it does why keep bringing up and I'm just saying both sides have to deal with the sun!
occasionally and it's very rare, has to be a specific game at a specific time of the day and specific time of the year where it just happens to come through at the wrong time but you're going to change that for those two moments>?sounds like you just want to complain, you're one of those whiners, you're whine at Jimmy Johnson's not in a Ring of Honor, you whine about the curtains ,just keep whining and yes, you're gonna get a reaction because it's not new news we already are aware of it..Tell me you truly believe Jerry Jones is purposefully knowing it's only affecting the Cowboys negatively and just decide, I don't care....SMDHreally, that's what you think no he's looked at it from all directions and saying it's very rare when it pops up both teams would have to get over it and all stadiums outside deal with the sun from all four directions at all times and they have to deal with wind snow rain ice and other things..Again the old Texas stadium had this crown that affected some of the quarterbacks... I bet it affected some of our players who knows it affected Brett Farve that was like famous did you think they were gonna jack hammer it just for the few instances it effected a play or two?? just for him and just fix it just because of that?
The answer is no
because again just about all stadiums have their own quirks when you go in it you know what's gonna happen so you prepare for it...
It wasn’t really friendly OP though, was it? Calling people clueless and idiots will frequently get strong negative reactions to go with the strong positive reactions you get from other’s who share your viewpoint.Just a friendly post here with DC nation. Caught off guard by the negative reply (s) didn't mean to piss anyone off nor be attacked like this.....just frickin weird.
You wanna know why because I've been following the Cowboys since 1980 and since the stadium opened in 2009 this is about the 2000 times that we hear whining from the fan base about the glass windows and it's not gonna change so why keep talking about it?????Just a friendly post here with DC nation. Caught off guard by the negative reply (s) didn't mean to piss anyone off nor be attacked like this.....just frickin weird.
