Haven’t looked to see what cutting him costs. But if healthy he has some value though this draft does have a lot of CBA 2nd or 3rd is a pipe dream, Diggs is likely getting cut

That and this draft has good CB depth in itSadly Conner, they likely won’t get anything for him…at best a 7th rounder.
Probably won’t get a draft pick at all. For two reasons:
- If a team trades for him now they have to accept his contract which is hefty for a player who’s had two knee surgeries.
- Teams already know the Cowboys will be releasing him and can get him without a trade and without his contract once released.
Yeah I can’t imagine a former all pro in his twenties not having some value.Haven’t looked to see what cutting him costs. But if healthy he has some value though this draft does have a lot of CB
After he can prove he’s healed and healthy.Yeah I can’t imagine a former all pro in his twenties not having some value.
BULLET!!!I’m in favor of moving on from Diggs. Always liked Diggs but after two knee surgeries in two years and with that big contract, he needs to go.
But…I will be shocked if any team would be willing to offer any kind of pick. Why? Because if teams know he’s being shopped they also know they could get for nothing after he’s cut AND would not have to pay his big contract.
The 257th overall pick, and a bowl of chicken broth. So, we're trading him for a 7th and some whiskey??![]()
You may be right…..I think some team would take the risk. After he can prove he’s healed and healthy.
