While he’s flashy, loud, and brash his coaching style is way different for the folks that don’t know. He’s actually a disciplinarian and tough nose coach. At least in college. And he wins
Yeah, I probably won't be able to handle his press conferences, but he's a demanding players coach. Probably the closest to Jimmy in that respect that we've seen. Well Parcells too.

Did Jerry mean THIS all along when he said he was all in? Was this the plan? This would mean JJ sabotaged MM and the team so he could move on to Deion.
He could have fired McCarthy at any point and hired deion last year.

Jerry sees this team is not setup for the future at all. They are screwed in terms of the cap and have very few players that they can build around.

This is Jerry keeping the cowboys in the headlines, nothing more. It's not about building a winner

I meant Jackson St. not Jacksonville. Please don’t give me crap for that. It’s been a bad day.

What a joke. This dude was coaching in Jacksonville a couple years ago. Sorry he is not an NFL coach. If this guy was n the SEC you’d see exactly what he is. If they hire Sanders I am done. Officially done.
You should be officially done with the product they have presented for the past 25 years. I’d rather Jerry try something out of the box for once.

I’d rather have Deion than Kellen although Kellen is the far safer pick, I’m just tired of looking at him already and he hasn’t even been hired yet.

I’ve long said that my opinion of Deion was that I wasn’t sure he’s a great head coach (not that he couldn’t be) but a great recruiter and getting college guys to buy in. I’m not sure that translates to the nfl. I’d still roll that dice than hire Kellen.

If Deion ever came, likely mean zimmer stays imo
