I’m sick of these bland type head coaches… we haven’t had a guy with any personality since bill parcells.

The one area Deion doesn't fit besides being a huge personality is he doesn't have much experience. He would be very much a head coach in training.

Jerry will get zimmer to come back as assistant head coach and have more say id bet which if we want zimmer gone isn’t great lol. In theory you’d surround Deion with vets and let him be our version of Dan Campbell for the lions

I don't think Jerry will hire a coach he believes needs time to adjust to the NFL. Someone who needs a year or two before his investment can pay off. Deion's going to have to convince him he can hit the ground running.

The biggest problem with hiring Deion is you're going to have a revolving door of coordinators on both sides of the ball.
