Report: More red flags popping up on Fairley

For some reason my opinion of Fairley changed..and for the better, which makes no sense lol..

I wasn't sure if he was a fit in a 30 front..but it's hard to pass up on such a talented player if he's there at 9...I also trust Ryan to use exotic fronts to maximize his talents

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on SportsCenter Wednesday morning that Fairley has exhibited irresponsible decision making throughout the pre-draft process. Fairley missed his flight to Indianapolis for February’s Scouting Combine, skipped a meeting with a team there, and was also late to a team meeting at Auburn’s Pro Day.

We suppose it’s for all the above reasons that NFL teams are “privately comparing” Fairley to Albert Haynesworth.

It's official. Fairley is going to slide to the 24th overall pick.

That is troubling; missing important meetings and the like; skipping others. Is not something you want to chance a high first round pick on.

With Fairley, I think Ryan would be the key. Ryan wouldn't put up with any nonsense from him and he's known (as is all the Ryan's) for motivating guys and getting the best out of them.

If Ryan gives his stamp of approval for Fairley, then I wouldn't hesitate to take him.

I never thought Fairley was a fit in a 3-4...I was hoping Ryan might be able to utilize him better than most 3-4 dcoords..but w the poor fit and character concerns, I'd rather pass..
