Part of the problem with this Cowboys team is the the players getting their attention, regardless of how the team is doing.
The players shouldn't be allowed to talk to the media at all until they are winning, and then only with permission from a real head coach.
This group seems to relish their "importance" and interviews more than their production.

These guys are so vocal during the week but yet dont say a word when the games going on. They sit on the bench with a blank stare. Great way to lead.

Well when they're asking questions like "are you going to call the Giants and ask for help" your invitation gets a little short, along with tempers. Why even talk to the players anyway isn't that cutting into Jerry's face time with the media.
