Reporters with Cowboys predict Wade gone

Too bad Jerry is about 2 years late to the party.

How did that continuity thingie work out for you Jerry?!!

Continuity....

I want to see Sherman as interim HC. Who do we have to be a DC?

Campo will likely be named interim head coach. He has all that fire and passion we sorely need.

Please. Don't spoil the optimism with that nugget.

Mark my words: Wade fired before plane touches down in Dallas. Presser at 3. #cowboys #theendisnear

Wade Phillips has his regular 4 p.m. press conference scheduled for Monday afternoon. I'd be surprised if he's still employed by then.

Monday would be complete if both these clowns were fired as well, especially Jen, good grief she is worse at her job than Wade is at his.

If that doesn't define regurgitation I don't know what does.

When they quit 2 years ago anyone with a brain could see Wade was a loser. It's not an "I told you so". Most of the entire football world could not believe Jerry kept him after that debacle in Philly.

We are at the lowest point in Cowboy history and it's one man's fault. Kick that rock dude!

JFE's tweet is so encouraging.

If she is right, that would be the only time I would want to go to Dallas and hug her.

I already reported it...

Who cares?

You didn't name sources anyway so meh... this is all information that anyone paying attention could specualte for themselves anyway. Teams are putting us to shame, a change has to happen because there is still Thanksgiving/Christmas and the two meetings with Philly looming. Plus Indy... this is going to get a lot worse before it gets better....

Sure seems like it.

I've been watching since the 60's and I've never seen it this bad.

Mike hit the nail on the head when he said it's tarnished the brand, the franchise, the legacy of The Star and you can't continue down that path.

I'm right there with you. When we had no talent and lost that was one thing. These guys have talent. That is what makes this worse.

Yep this is certainly bad but I always though the loss to the Texans in '02 was the lowest. Atleast that's when I was most embarrased to be a Cowboys fan.

If the team has quit ..

Wade at least has good schemes. Proven.

Garrett I think is clueless in the running game. Very basic schemes. Running Barber on delays and draws when (sorry) he is the slowest RB out of the blocks in the league. He's got desire and power, but he takes forever to get to the line of scrimmage nowadays. Makes it worse when you run delay handoffs. Never mind the sweep to Barber which is ultimate fail. Did we run one tonight?

On the positive side: Next week up in the Meadowlands, who knows what will be.

But still I want to go to Vegas (never been) and bet whoever is playing us (never bet, except on the stock market). Can you do that up at Winstar in Ardmore OK?

Sorry, but I need to make some dough. Would you dare bet the Boys against the line at this point - if it was 20 points even?

That's fine, but I think the consequences that Jerry spoke of need to extend beyond the hc. It's time to review tapes (if necessary) and bench the guys who have tanked it the most.

Otherwise, the message is that no matter how much you neglect your job, the worst that will happen is a coach gets fired. That puts the players in the driver's seat.

It doesn't matter if the backups play worse...it's about changing the culture of the organization into one that maximizes the talents of those who do play.

You mean like it was Boobs' fault back in 2006 when he left, or Campo's, or Gailey's or Zimmer's or Coslet's etc

It cannot always be the coach's fault.
