Revised predictions, anyone?

I predicted my usual (fairly homeristic) Win/Loss record for the 2019-2020 season. I believe it was 12-4 with the possibility of 11-5. 11-5 is attainable, but not if we can't beat the good teams on our schedule. At this rate, if we don't get it together, especially on D, we'll be lucky to hit the 10-6 mark.

We are only just past the quarter mark of the season with a lot left to get right. Can we manage to right this ship like we did last season after posting a 3-5 record? I hope so for the sake of my well-being.

I remember the preseason predicting thread. Many didn't predict the Cowboys would win 10 games even back then.

Strangely, I will stick to my 10-6 prediction.

Nope sticking with 7-9.

I went either 9-7 or 10-6 in the prediction thread. You still have 1 against the Commanders, 1 against the giants, 1 against Jets, and I don’t think it’s some forgone conclusion that we sweep you. So that’s a split there and we’re sitting at.... 7-2. You just have to manage 2-5 in the other 7 games and you’ll be alright

I had 10-6. I'll keep that but I can see them falling to 8-8. Remember this is an odd numbered year and the Cowboys always disappoint lately in those years.

After this week I think they can go 7-9. Or they could go 6-10. Looking at their schedule, I see the Jets, Giants, and Commanders. These should be wins, but with the Giants QB playing like he is, who knows anymore? Its hard to pick the Cowboys beating any good teams after watching the loss at home to a Davante Adams-less GB. Who do they beat out of the Eagles, Lions, Patriots, Bills, Bears, Rams and Eagles again? The Lions in Detroit? Every one of these teams is capable of replicating what New Orleans did on defense and most of them can do what the Packers did on defense. I don;t have any confidence they win any of these games. That's after watching them lose to a Brees-less New Orleans and get drummed by Green Bay. Prove me wrong?

Even if the Cowboys can keep these games close, you feel good about Brett Maher coming out to kick the game winning FG from 40 yards? or 30 yards? Or how about JG going head to head with Belichick?
