I think you learn more from losses than victories.I would guess very few people re-watch any games from the previous season, especially losses.
Things are often much difference when you re-watch a game even if it's just a few days later and definitely when it's months later.
Sometimes I like to go through either all offensive plays or all defensive plays which gives a different perspective on how good/bad that unit really performed.
