Grossman's performance today surpasses any struggles Bledsoe has had in his tenure here.

He had a game with 3 ints and 3 fumbles

He also had the 1t game against the jaguars for 3 int's

Yes he has

I've seen some bad games by QBs, but I think that one takes the cake.

Well, Bledsoe hasn't had a good half to even out his average and bad halves. Up to this point, Grossman has been playing decently.

And Bledsoe's stats are better than his actual play.

Really.....I would have thought that two dropped TDs by TO....one called back for a PI on Witten, numerous other passes dropped and negated because of penalties would have said different........hey whatever gets you through the night I suppose......

I think it's safe to assume that Bledsoe also wouldn't have games like this every other week if he his first five games were against Detroit, Green Bay, Minnesota, Seattle (minus Alexander), and Buffalo. Jacksonville and Philly are head and shoulders above anybody that the Bears have played.

IMO, the NFC team that has accomplished the most so far are the Giants. They beat a good team (Philly) on the road.

Dont get to upset now, one thing that does not come across over the internet is tone, facial expression and so on and so forth.

I am not making a big deal out of it. I just get tired of hearing how Dallas fans are stupid and Dallas fans this and Dallas fans that.

So yeah I guess you could say it hit a tiny nerve, but no big deal I promise. Just thought it was worth pointing out that this happens in every NFL city.

As to your Cowboy question, I would say as I already said that Bledsoe is performing average at best and the Cowboys are performing (do date with room for this to change obviously) average to slightly above average.

I do not give teams a whole heck of a lot of credit when all you have done is beat teams you are supposed to beat the heck out of.

Dallas has three wins versus opponents who are a combined 4-13

Dallas has two losses versus opponents who are a combined 7-4

The Bears have beaten teams with a combined record of 12-21.

Then you shouldn't be impressed with the Bears then.

You are correct. They did beat Atlanta on road. I don't consider the Falcons to be a playoff team, but it was still a big win. The Saints big victories all came at home. They're two road victories were against Green Bay and Cleveland.

that's why I feel the NFC is wide open and our chances are as good as anybody's right now.

Grossman is in his first real year in the league, and he is going to be really good at home, and probably really average on the road.

And you know this how? Or is it something you said on a whim to make Dallas fans look foolish and you oh so correct for standing by Bledsoe?

No it's pretty true. Chanting for Romo already? Not too many fans would be doing that. Even the Skins fans aren't chanting for Campbell.

Please tell me you are kidding? Seriously.

Can you honestly equate the two situations between the Bears and Cowboys?

Do you even realize they beat two teams with a winning record. One of them happened to play in the Super Bowl last year and they beat them 37-6

I am not beating up on the Cowboys because they are picking on lowly teams. If the NFL hands you a cup cake you should eat it and not be penalized for it.

However, when the time comes to play good teams at some point you have to win one to be considered a really good team. If you do not get that concept, I can not help you.

I have not said Dallas is doomed and will not win against a good team. Not saying that at all. I am judging them on what HAS HAPPENED so far. Two good teams they have played and twice they went down. That is not a good thing. The Cowboys are a mature enough of a team where we should not be looking for moral victories.

Exhibit A that proves what I am saying. We think that here in Dallas we are the only critical ones always calling for back up QBs, but like I said it happens all the time and is not a Dallas phenomenon. It just appears to be that way, because who are we more familiar with the Cowboys or the other 31 teams?

All QBs have dropped passes. Hasselback has suffered from it more than anyone, and he made a Super Bowl.

Have you ever seen Campbell play? It's possible that the best QB on their roster is Anwan Randle El.

Not to mention that I posted a link a few posts above this one that fans are indeed chanting for Campbell.

man this guy should be benched. Can the Bears possibly expect to win a tough game on the road with this loser at QB? He has four turnovers in the first half. Do you know that projects to 128 in a 16 game season? Are Beras fans prepared for 128 turnovers in a season?

Start Griese now.

I would say that considering benching a first year starting QB that has only had one bad game out of 6 is a bit premature. I would also say that anyone who thinks the Bears D is not a bunch of nasty, dominant, opportunistic, bullies on the field should pass whatever their smoking and share it with the masses. I feel for any team that plays them this year just as long as the injury bug doesn't hit em.

Truth. Give AZ's offense and their QB credit - they played well in the passing game against a very scary defense. If that OL is better, AZ's offense would be one of the most frightening in the league. Period. Because that team was in Leinart's face every play, and took ever little opportunity given to them.
