Deion has said many times that he doesn't think he could deal with NFL players. Something about his not being able to handle grown men who are getting paid to do a job but refusing to do it to the best of their ability. I don't blame him.. I don't think I could do it either.

He would not turn down coaching the Cowboys.

To follow up on my previous post as far as my respect for Prime, it would probably be a bad choice.

I really don’t care who is the pick, this team is destined for several bad years if they don’t do a 180 on free agency, which I don’t expect.

I have very little doubt they screw up the next hire in one way or another.

If I had to make a wager, my money would be on MM to return. Jerry doesn't like change and having to adjust to a new coaching regime probably isn't how he wants to spend his offseason. He's going to through all the injuries , conclude we just got snake bit, and run this 12 win juggernaut back. This is how we ended up with JG for 10 seasons. There was always an excuse for why the team didn't achieve and reason for optimism going forward. What's changed?

I do. It’s about respect. Best cover corner ever. The only one actually worthy of the term “shut down.” Best returner ever. And oh yeah, served as WR1 for a month when Irvin was as suspended in 1996. Oh and why not….was a pretty good Major League Baseball player as well.

I think he is a great leader of men and I would love to see him get that shot. I have a tough time thinking that man fails at anything, but I dunno this time.

Although he may actually be the only person who can honestly command a locker room while Jerry is being Jerry.

Way better odds of this happening than what several of you folks want.
