RG3: Commanders have most dynamic offense in last decade

7 wins
10 losses
That’s who they are till they change it
Anything else is just talk
They will get 17 chances to prove something but till they do they are a losing team

I think most of the people in this thread are completely misunderstanding his tweet.

He’s saying the best Washington offense in the last decade, which they haven’t had any really notable ones sinceRGIII got hurt, so all it has to do to achieve that is outdo one of the Kirk Cousins years which is completely reasonable.

Do you agree? They have some playmakers, no doubt but.......Wentz is the key.

Their most dynamic offense in a decade? Does that mean much? What is it, like averaging 200 yards and 10 points per game?

They will be competing against their own defense. They will have to score as much as their defense gives up in order to win, obviously.

29th against passing yards.

32nd against passing TD's?

I didn't hear a lot about a dynamic defense....

Ya, no. Decent enough skill players with a below average, often injured QB, they'll be lucky to finish in the top half of the league.

Yeah, most of us read the thread title as if it represented what he said

It didn't

So…..let’s say this DC offense is it’s best in the past decade. Ummm, what does that mean? They’ve been so atrocious that being better this year really doesn’t mean they will reach even a .500 record.

I for one hope the East is much more competitive this year. The Cowboys need more division competition to improve and be tougher. But there’s no way the East will be any more than a 2-team race between Dallas and Philly.

2016 they had 2 1000 wr's in djax and pierre garcon, had vernon davis and jordan reed, along with trent williams, scherff and morgan moses under mcvay and shannahan lol. i dont know

LOL,,.....wow....what saves Dallas from becoming a below .500 team is that as much improvement that the other three division foes may be making.., they are all hitched to a turnover machine, loser QB, Wentz, Hurts and Jones. The three stooges. The three blind mice. The three little pigs..... ...all come in threes. The Cowboys sure are lucky to be in this division, but it hurts them in the end. Gives them a false sense of accomplishment, and then the manure hits the oscillator.

Dallas has had 5 seasons below 500 over the last 20 years. So it’s a little more than just those 3 qbs. Man, there were a lot of 8&8 seasons though.

their most explosive offense in a decade....???

possibly....but their offense really hasnt been anything special since Cousins

Thats on OP to word the title better

1. Lmao a “solid” O-line is not scaring anyone. Lost their only elite player in Sherff.

2. Logan Thomas is a good TE, but he’s not elite. This RGIII list doesn’t have one elite position group.

3. Is anyone worried about Antonio Gibson? He’s like the 14th best back in football and not someone I’d characterize as “explosive”. Had that one game vs us but he’s been an above average RB at best.

4. Terry is in a contract dispute with the team and is rumored to be a trade option. Curtis Samuel has done nothing since joining Washington as he’s as injury prone as it gets. Talented dude, but anyone banking on him being a baller is sending a prayer up and hoping it gets answered. Also, Jahan was a surprise pick in the top 15 (even he said he wasn’t watching the draft at that point due to him not thinking he’d be picked that high). Don’t count on him to hear huge playmaker this season.

5. Unless Wentz is surrounded by elite, he’s not going to be consistent enough to make this offensive roster an explosive one on a regular basis. Seems like a middle of the pack offense.

#5 sounds a lot like Prescott to me,imo... we'll see how this turns out.

At first I thought he was comparing them to the rest of the league, not just to themselves. In that regard, I don't care at all.
