I don't have a problem with hazing. I have a problem when it's taken to far and obviously this is above and beyond hazing and it seems to be very personal. Rookie hazing is a right of passage and most of it is in good nature but this is sickening and this is bullying awareness month so this is going to get major play and the NFL will not tolerate it at all. RI has ignored the work policies and he will now pay the price

Don't count on that. Lots of teams are in the market for help at the G position. Look around the league, there are guys like Mackenzie Bernardeau starting

After this is all said and done, i wouldn't be suprised if he was suspended for at least the rest of the season.. if not longer.

If you are not trying to fight, what you do is delete all voicemails....let time go by(so nothing is so obvious it traces back to you), you have millions. Hire a hitman, or find out dudes living situation or what he does on his free time at night, monitor, wait for the right moment...and leave him stiff as a log, in suit looking nice.

That, or save all the evidence....walk into the locker room, blind side him and start going to work. That way when they ask you why, you can point to that. That way you are maybe suspended 6 games or the year, and he is left bloody, kicked out of the league, and has to look over his shoulder after the racist comments.

This is what you do, if you are scared to fight straight up and be a man. Never just run, and point the finger though, at least go out with a bang, even if you play dirty.

I think this is going down in a manner similar to the bounty stuff in NO. There are far more "smoking guns" here though. I expect they give him a full year -- that way if it goes to court or arbitration and is reduced, it is still a major penalty.

There are rumors that they or him, had dirt on dude to mess with him constantly. Some people say it could be that he's gay, not that it's 100% sure. I just think it's a possibility. Some of what Richie said was pretty homo.
