Saw this article on ESPN. No big deal, but one comment made by Williams is killing me. This is it:

I think if I had come down, things might have worked out a little bit differently," Williams, who is entering the final year of his contract with the Dolphins, told the newspaper. "I find I have a calming influence on people I'm around.

"As a high-level athlete, it's just something that's ingrained in me. I always think that if I'm there, things would be different. I can't say how."

Wouldn't that calming effect come from the insane amount of weed that would've probably been toked on at Lake Travis? Or maybe it would've been the native halucinogens he picked up in the Outback while he was on his sabaticle (sp?) in Australia.

Hilarious!

After giving it some thought I do think the police went to far using the pepper spray to try and take him down. All they needed to do was hand him a football god knows he goes down pretty easy with a football in hand. :lmao2:

Ricky's comment sounds like one that Tom Cruiuse made to Oprah when talking about his Scientology stuff. They both have a very high opinion of their percieved abilities.
