NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has reinstated Dolphins RB Ricky Williams after a suspension of 18 months for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Williams filed for reinstatement Oct. 1.

I would not doubt Miami will use Williams this season with Brown being out.

LOL, I remember that episode, Terrell Davis looked liked he wanted to cry after Williams popped his piss test. Davis was so excited and was telling everyone how he feels Williams changed.....not!
