This is my first time doing a mock draft here goes nothing.

1. Jonathan Cooper OG North Carolina
2. Larry Warford OG Kentucky
3. Jonathan Franklin RB UCLA
3. Khaseem Greene LB Rutgers
4. Markus Wheaton WR Oregon State
5. Shamarko Thomas S Syracuse
6. Dion Sims TE Michigan State

There you have it so chime away with the likes, or dislikes of this mock.

I'd prolly go to Vegas and drop a $1000 on our chances to win the Super Bowl but we don't have 2 3rd round picks and we won't draft 2 guards back to back. I like your picks but every guy from round 3 down will be gone at least one round earlier.

I like it. Only I'd probably rather have a DT in the 2nd (if one was available with comparable talent to Warford).

I'd be fine with those 2 though.

Not bad, but Shamarko is ranked as a 3rd round pick by most analysts.

Warford has slow feet and is now a good fit in Callahan's blocking scheme.

The Cowboys don't have two 3rd round picks.

That's a twist.
BTW, how did dallas get two 3rd rounders?
imo...
1) Cooper is the man. Great pick of course. 25% chance he's there

2) Warford has lead feet but is very big. No, we would not take him...especially after taking Coop in Rd 1. Lot's of other great options in Rd 2 though. It may be the vest value round of the draft.

3) Love Franklin. This guy can play. <20% chance he's there at 80 though

3?) Mixed feeling on Greene. He may be good, just have some doubts in Rd 3

4) Yes to Wheaton. Good fit. Not sure he's there that late though

5) I like Shamarko but am a bit worried about his height. But if somehow he could be had in the 5th, it'd be worth it. <25% chance he's there

6) Sims is fine in the 6th

i like it personally, but the day that jerry drafts OG in the first 2 rounds is the day i run naked through the streets of anchorage.

Wow wish I knew the draft well enough to give percentages, I think Larry Warford is a reasonable pick at that position in the draft and will do a great job of keeping the middle free and clear for Tony.

Gosh if we could get Wheaton that would be a rush of good breaks falling our way.

Really good draft thanks for sharing.

:laugh2: True
I really did go out of my way to say it was just my opinion. Just tying to make a point the that to me the odds were not good at getting some of those guys where he was taking them.

I do have some issue with Warford, but he could turn out well. My issue was more that we just ook a great OG in the 1st and there are probalby some very good safeties or dlineman, or decent OTs available in the 2nd.

I got the two thirds mixed up by looking at another poster's mock draft in which there were two third rounders as well that where I got that impression oh well lol.

There is a chance none of those guys I listed will be there at the Cowboys picks in this draft but you never know we shall see next week.

Glad you like the mock as for the two third rounders that was a typo on my part and also looking at another poster's mock and seeing the two third round picks there threw me off.
