Cool @Reality ! I have family who lives there. Laredo has a lot of old history. Right along the border/Rio Grande River. Do you're relatives still live there?

No, they moved to Eagle Pass for a couple of years and then later on to San Antonio.

I loved San Antonio I got to see a lot of Spurs games and double-A Dodgers games back then. My relatives then moved to Houston, so most of my trips to Texas in the last 10-15 years have been to Houston and Dallas.

I will never visit Laredo ever again after my last experience there. I was hired to bring up a sunken sailboat in freezing water. Once I finally got it up, the police were there accusing me of theft. The guys who hired me stole most of my dive equipment and bailed without paying me

Edit: it was actually Del Rio but close enough for me

It didn't do any good, I knew the guy casually but he moved out of town soon after. It wasn't worth the headache suing for 2K. I am not even sure he ever gave me his real name
