I was making a broader point about the league not taking care of former players. Sorry you don't think that is important

he does not qualify for former player benefits since he was only in the league 2 years. Said he was battling the condition for 6 years so 7-8 years after the NFL.

IT is sad he had a health issue with his heart but should every employer he worked for full time be on the hook for his health care bills. Who was he working for after the NFL what they did not have good insurance evidently why not bark up that tree. Oh thats right billion dollar corporations should shoulder the health of every former employ whether eligble or not.

kind of a stretch diagnosed with heart condition 6 years after NFL. Until you have proof his time in the NFL contributed you are being nothing more than **** stirrer using this guys death as a platform.
