How many games are we going to have to blow before the sacred cow that is Garrett gets called to task?


Last time I checked the head coach was responsible for every aspect of the team. Like Mac Brown said after a UT loss, "I am responsible for everything that goes on with this team from our coaching staff to the last walk on player, its all on me if you want to blame somebody".


I guess the sacred cow that is Garrett is exempt from this philosophy.

Guess what? Other teams do it as well. If teams that have won the Super Bowl do it, then maybe its not a an inherently bad strategy after all?

Yea, I blame the coach when the team has the biggest collaspe in franchise history. If your QB is throwing picks all over the field you dont keep calling shotgun plays.

We built a 27-3 lead by passing 28 times and running it 14 times. We had to pass seven times (plus a sack) on the final drive. So, in between, we passed 12 times and ran it 10, which is fairly balanced. Unfortunately, three of those 12 were intercepted, and two were run back for touchdowns.

The one play call that could be questioned most, however, was throwing on the first play with a 30-27 lead and 4:22 remaining -- and not even a play-action pass, either. That's when you want to use the clock and pick up first downs, and we decide to air it out? Dumb.

He was 7-4. Why? Why are you bolding the games Romo handed to the other team by himself? Thats 2 in how many games this year for Romo?

Would it help or hurt his argument if the Pats never had the ball on offense up 20 last week?

They went up 21 and Buffalo scored on the following drive to cut it to 14.
