Why the **** would you have a 7 month old on a helicopter?

It was the 13 year old.

That said, they were just reporting 30 minutes ago that none of his family was onboard so who knows if new info will come out.

Kobe's daughter Gianna Maria Onore -- aka GiGi -- was also on board the helicopter and died in the crash ... reps for Kobe tell TMZ Sports. She was 13.

We're told they were on their way to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice when the crash occurred. The Academy is in nearby Thousand Oaks.

If God is in someone's heart and mind his mercy will do miracle ..life is a temporary train ride you don't choose when to come or when to go ... so a person should make the best of it while it last.....

Watching all this on TV is just surreal. I can’t believe this. I wasn’t a fan of his (being a Mavericks fan), but I was very much aware of his greatness. I grew up watching this man’s highlight reels on ESPN and booing him at the AAC. He is (was) a legend. The NBA needs to suspend the season for a bit imo.

Very sad news. He was a good guy, quite intelligent and one heck of a player. Heartbreaking that his daughter was on board the copter and perished as well was very upsetting as well. Just a few week back I saw him on an episode of Ridiculousness. 41 years young and had a lot of life ahead of him and his daughter only 13 years old.
