My first live Cowboys game was in Detroit several years ago and I was amazed to see just how many Dallas fans there were there. It felt like a home game for the cowboys and it was amazing. The section we were in we were surrounded by Dallas fans so even during the stressful parts at least we all supported each other and in the end we won. I also went to Cinci last year and there were a ton of cowboys fans there also. We had seats on the away side and we were irritating the Cinci fans because we were being so loud and yelling "let's go cowboys" and all that fun stuff.

I have never been to Dallas for a game but it really is sad for me to think that the fans have a chance to go to the games and cheer for them every week and they're so quiet. I really look forward to going to a game and I'll probably be the one trying to get everyone to get loud and cheer but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hispanics. Dallas dominates the Hispanic market as far as the NFL goes. California, Florida, Arizona and Texas have HUGE Hispanic markets. In fact, it's the reason why Houston has as many Cowboys fans as Texans fans ( I live in Houston and can attest to this). Any place with a large percentage of Hispanic residents/immigrants, Dallas has a foothold on that location's fandom

I don't doubt that, but most of the Cowboys fans I encountered in California were white Caucasians. Clearly the Cowboys have appeal on the West Coast that goes beyond race or geography.

Lots of Cowboys fans in Cali because of Oxnard training camp & Latino pop. I have been to San Diego, San Fran, Oakland,& LA. Cowboys Fans fill 40-50% of the CA stadiums every time I have been there. WE are just as loud & REP the Cowboys just as loud as any other Cali TEAM can. I can vouch for AZ also, just as loud... I watched a home game & the fans were alot more mild... CALi is the Cowboys 2nd home, sorry just how it is!

I've been to a few Cowboys/Panthers games in Charlotte and Cowboy fans are always very well represented. After the 2005 game, an article in the Charlotte Observer mentioned all the loudmouth Cowboy fans who were there. During the closing minutes of the 2007 game, it was probably 90% Dallas fans in the stadium and we were chanting "Romo TO"

Every road game has at 30-50% cowboy fans, and depending on how well the team is playing, and how bad the other team sucks it can be over 70% on any given game. So really there is no top anything. The Cowboys run the NFL home and away. Pitt being the only stadium we will never own

Cowboys take over Arizona. I once told a local TV crew filming that Glendale stadium becomes Texas Stadium West for the day and they just laughed and agreed.

It seems that there are 4 road games that always get lots of Cowboys fans to show up in the opposing team's stadium:

  • Cowboys @ Commanders (many Cowboys fans in the Washington, D.C. area)
  • Cowboys @ Cardinals
  • Cowboys @ 49ers (I've never understood why there are so many Cowboys fans in California)
  • Cowboys @ Panthers

Honorary mention:

  • Cowboys @ Dolphins (lots of Cowboys fans in Florida)
  • Cowboys @ Texans (Texas team and local geography)

I don't understand why there are so many Cowboys fans in Florida and California. Those states are quite geographically far from Texas.

I went to the game in Carolina last year (Claiborne's first career INT) and it was about %60 Cowboys fans. My friends who happen to be Panthers' fans were floored as was I.

I've been to Cowboys games in several NFL cities and there is always a large contingent of Cowboys fans. I was at the L.A. Rams game in Anaheim when Landry had to be fitted with a bullet proof vest. That was the worst football environment for football ever, nothing but thugs at that game. Not safe at all. I saw the boys at the Murph in S.D. and it was easily 70% Cowboys fans, in 1986. I have been to 2 games in Arizona, during the SB years, and that was 90% Cowboy fans. I was at Atlanta Fulton County Stadium for Herschel Walkers return to Georgia in his rookie year. The best experience was at Fed-Ex when Troy Hambrick ran wild in the cold rain. That was lots of fun and at the end of the game the remaining 50,000 fans were all Cowboys fans..... that was great.

True story, .. I was there.

Walking out of the stadium, and back to our hotel, .. there were Cowboys fans everywhere, .. and it was awesome!

I was at the game last December in Cincinnati and we were VERY WELL represented. I'd sy at least 35% of the fans were Dallas fans.

At the Giants game last year there were a lot of Cowboys fans. 4 years ago in Cleveland on the opening day I didn't see many cowboys fans.

I was at the Dallas-Gree Bay game in Green Bay in 2007 or 2008 (can't remember the year exactly),and I was amazed how many Dallas fans there were at that game. Don't get me wrong, it was still greatly in the Packer's favor (obviously), but we still had quite a few fans there. It was a Sunday night game and is still the only time we've won at Lambeau. It was a great weekend.
