Rob Ryan Fired per twitter ESPNDallas **merged**

Maybe Lovie would view the DC position here as a likely segue into the HC position? It worked for Garrett. :) Also for Campo, but I doubt Lovie would want to wait as long as Dave did.

Firing Rob Ryan is not the answer. Thumbs down on this move.

Nope you sure didn't. And it's FIFY.
That is spelled with a "T". Not an I. I don't blame you though, things are weird living in Jerry World.

The right move, first and foremost, would be to fire our actual GM... But...

I don't want to sound like a dick or anything, but you have to accept that this is just not gonna happen. The only way for Jerry to give up the GM position is for him to most likely die and you have to be a pretty mean person to wish death on someone, regardless if you hate him or not.

Cmon man, Im not saying that. Im just saying that it would be really really good for this franchise to Jerry to evaluate him first than everyelse and get it... Hes not doing any good.

And I do not hate him. Im just saying that its not working with him at GM, so...

somewhere near valley ranch, the manager of a dunkin donuts wonders how he will make ends meet.

They can't, they're realists, therefore reality isn't good.

How about wishing complete paralysis?

What about a really useless comparison... :

Whos a better DC? Wade Phillips or Rob Ryan?? Or put it easier:

Who do you prefer as a DC? Wade or Rob Ryan?

kinda like firing someone via cellphone

or better yet, passing on your GM duties to your head coach because you don't have the cojones to do it yourself.. now THAT'S class

Trust me I agree with you that having a real and smart GM in Dallas would change things, but I've just come to realization that Jerry will be the GM until the day he dies and it won't change. It sucks, but it's reality.
