I think Quinn for a 4 is a steal . Surrounded by better players his production will go up . 18 sacks last yr not too shabby on a terrible club

Time will tell. He's abysmal at stopping the run but I'm guessing he will just be a pass rush specialist on 3rd and long. People don't realize this but beside the Washington game Philly gets no pressure. Take away the 9 sack game and they are near the bottom of the league.

Quinn is a notoriously lazy player. I'm old enough to remember when he was coming out for the 2011 draft, and he called his own effort in college a "C".

He turns it off and on, but one year removed from an 18 sack season, it's safe to say he still has the juice. If he puts in the effort in Philly, I could easily see him finishing on a tear.

AFAIK Philly already has a loaded edge rusher room, but a motivated Quinn would be a good add. Well worth a 4th to find out.

As far as Dallas, we have that exact same kind of on-again-off-again speed rusher in Dante Fowler.

Where did you get the 3 ypc when he is in the game stat? I have seen a bunch of big runs when he is in the game.

That would mean, if it were accurate- which there is no way, they are giving up like 5.5 ypc when he isnt in the game.
Is
I saw the same thing. 3 ypc when Davis is in the game.

You would think that going from Chicago to a Super Bowl favourite would light a fire under a 32-year-olds with no ring.

nobody crowned the cardinals, this is a terrible comparison, eagles beat the cowboys vikings and the cards, 3 potential playoffs teams.

I can clearly remember the Cardinals being considered the best team in the NFC by the NFL media and fan universe. And were at least among the conversations of who were the best teams in the NFL at the time.

Yes, i agree with you. He IS the exact plyer we need but if you listen to Eagles fans...he is the second coming of Reggie White.

He is a solid to good NT....not the most dominant force in the NFL. He also is not worth the 13th pick in the draft. I honestly wouldn't have loved him with our pick in the first either. Tyler AND Sam are both better and more impactful players, IMO.

Not to harp on this guy or ride his jock but he was so dominant today pushing the Center into the QBs lap. Romo called him a future superstar in the league. I'd give my left nut to have him on our team. I think you got it really wrong on this guy.

I think they were talking about Jordan Davis. He left with an injury… He was carted off…ankle… No word yet. Quinn is an edge rusher and a veteran in the league

He also got carted off the field today so we may be out for a while.

The problem is....the cardinals got to 7-0 because kyler Murray was going super star. It wasn't sustainable. I'm afraid the eagles dominance comes from elite OLine play, and they have the #1 and #2 ranked CBs (statistically anyway). OLine play IS sustainable....and usually doesn't just fall off a cliff the way a single Hero Baller like kyler Murray can.

I just saw 4-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain. I was just discussing him with someone on here who was saying he wasn't worth the 13th pick. I get a ton of Philly news living in S Jersey and all I hear is people raving about him like Romo was today. He'd be so money for us. A 365 pound NT with speed and overwhelming power.

I didn't see any of it today...it appears the whole defense feasted with 6 sacks though.

He was carted off with a High Ankle Sprain...probably out for 4-6

Yeah, but I hear that he still needs an MRI. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he struggles with injuries because his body is just not normal.

He's quality depth because they don't have any. He will be a pass rusher on passing downs I'm sure. It's definitely a solid pickup on an already
good line.

High ankle sprain is probably the best news they could have hoped for.

Does make you wonder like you said. A dude that big. How long will his legs be able to hold up for in the NFL?

Similar to most massive centers in the NBA who can have short shelf lives due to recurrent leg injuries. Oth
