Richard runs this defense, Marinelli is a glorified assistant coach. You guys asked for this a year or two ago - it happened and now our defense is worse. We played a lot better when Marinelli was really running the D show - so get your facts straight.

People need to stop only putting blame on Marinelli. Richard and Marinelli are both responsible for this terrible D. What happened to Richard being a defensive back guru? This defense sucks.

We first need to know who is running the defense. I thought Richard is mainly responsible for the 2ndary. Our run defense was bad long before Richard came as was the defense as a whole. And why do we even need ROD. If Richard is the DC?

Let Richard have his own defense and influence. This is Marinelli's automobile. Sure, Richard could drive it a little better but he is behind the 8ball big time.

Get rid of Depends guy and let Richard run and draft his kind of defense. Then we can all see whose behind the 8 ball.

I told you this was coming. It’s not personnel. It’s scheme. We are getting gashed on defense. Most of it is scheme. The remainder is the lack of a 1 Tech. Jerry trade for a 1 Tech, please.

As much as offense can take blame, the defense was horrid in every aspect. I can't even count how many times we didn't even charge the ball carrier and allowed for extended yards and for ball carriers to go to the outside. We played scared on defense. It's like we were afraid of contact. GB didn't have Adams. Mitigating Jones would've put more pressure on everyone else. Instead we get killed in the trenches and made no adjustments. LVE took every wrong angle that existed. Brown also had another bad game. The list goes on and on .

I think the linebackers are over aggressive because of the sieve at DT. Sean Lee needs to be put out to pasture along with Witten.

This defense is overrated. They didn't play well last week staying on the field for 37 minutes. Today they were abysmal.

Giving Marinelli all the blame is getting old. This system is very similar to the one that Richard would run.

Richard is calling the defense...he has the play sheet. Funny ever since he's taken over...LVE has been put in one bad spot after another. Started in the Colts game last year....
