I'm looking forward to removing the stain of Tyler Clutts from the land seeing what Rod Smith and Keith Smith do at FB at camp. I think the final decision will come down to keeping one of them or RB Darrius Jackson as the 5th player behind Zeke, DMC, Morris and Dunbar - with Special Teams obviously being the deciding factor.

It is funny to see how quite a few people view the fullback position around here.

They appear in the seventh round of practically every mock. Everyone envisions some road grading player.

I guess that is due to the romance of Daryl Johnston, I have no idea.

I like the idea of having a fullback, but they are so hard to find thanks to the transformation of the college game.

If it doesn't work out, I hope they don't hesitate to remove him. No reason to force players into positions that they can't play for the sake of keeping someone around.

He's 6-2 1/2, not much more than Johnston listed at 6-2
