What does is matter if she's a woman? I mean you put average citizen and then added that's she's a woman. Why?

If she lied in order to destroy another human being or for personal profit she deserves what she gets man or woman.

Specifically because the vast majority of domestic violence cases involve a female victim.

Rule #1: Owners care about Money

Rule #2: Goodell is paid 34 Million a year to follow Rule #1.

Rule #3: There is no Rule #3.
Exactly
The league cares about money and image which goes back to money
If the league wasn't worried about their image they really could care less what players do off the field

It's about the money and not upsetting sponsors or women, etc, who might spend money on the product.

The only thing they truly care about is public perception.

That is why this whole thing is so mind boggling.

Their poor handling of this has turned it into another PR nightmare.

Just another season in the NFL. Meanwhile, the major networks are all owned by the NFL through TV rights.

Probably already said but the NFL doesn't care about anything but money. Suspending a Cowboy 6 games for an alleged DV incident makes them look good and continue to make money.
